Cookies Policy
Effective: April 28, 2026 · Draft v0.1
This Cookies Policy explains how Blexor LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on getblexor.com and within the Blexor mobile apps. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. We also use related technologies — local storage, mobile SDKs, and similar device identifiers — which we refer to collectively as “cookies” in this policy.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site or app to function — for example, remembering your sign-in session, keeping form input across pages, and preventing fraud. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
Functional. Remember preferences such as language, last-used pickup locations, and accessibility settings.
Analytics. Help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate — which pages get traffic, where errors happen, and how new features perform. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider and do not use these cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Security. Detect and block fraudulent sign-ins and abusive traffic patterns.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose tools we use to operate the Service, including:
- Stripe for payment processing and fraud detection.
- Google Maps for routing and map rendering.
- A privacy-respecting analytics provider for aggregate usage data.
These third parties act under contracts that limit how they may use the data they receive.
4. Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and other core features.
On mobile, you can reset advertising identifiers and limit ad tracking through your operating system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
If we offer a cookie banner with granular consent in your jurisdiction, you can change your choices at any time through that banner.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
